  • We do not offer refunds. Our 50% Deposit is Non-Refundable.

We invest a lot of time in the initials stages of a project with meetings, strategies, briefs & research before we even begin designing, the 50% Deposit ensures we are covered for any time spent thus far. We also only take on a few clients each month, which means sometimes we have refused other work to take on your project.

I have never had a client request a refund and like to ensure my clients are always satisfied. Should you be unhappy with your project during the process you can choose not to proceed further and we can come to an agreement such as not paying your Final Balance.
